Privacy
Contact data,
used for the project.
This notice describes the intended use of information submitted through this website. The final notice should be reviewed against the company’s actual systems and applicable law before launch.
What information is collected?
The RFQ form asks for business contact details, destination, buyer type, product interest, volume, timing and project notes. If a CRM webhook or analytics tool is configured, the site may also send page, campaign and form-submission events.
Why is it collected?
To respond to the enquiry, assess product and market fit, prepare a sample or quotation, and follow up on the requested project.
Is the data sold?
The intended business practice is not to sell personal information. The final operating policy should be reviewed before any advertising, CRM or analytics integrations are enabled.
How can a contact request be changed?
Reply to the email thread or use the contact route on the website to request an update or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Where does the static form send data?
In the current static configuration, the RFQ form prepares an email in the visitor’s mail application. It does not store the form data on the website. A connected CRM webhook or form service would change that behaviour and should be disclosed here.
